Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Reykjavik in Iceland. The owner is of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it also. Annie is the first woman ever to win the two CrossFit Games. She placed second in the CrossFit Games in 2010 and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter who is also an avid CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity journalist. Her fame stems from her being the first woman who won at the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 as well as 2012. Winner of The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie was born in and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. Since a young child she was a sports and fitness fanatic. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir competed in the CrossFit game in California. Annie Thorisdottir, in 2021, was 31 years old. She is 5'7" and she weighs approximately the 67-kg mark. Annie started CrossFit in California, in 2009. Annie did very well in her first games, finishing with the top 10 in the rankings. Although she didn't win any title she ended her tournament in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished second place, and also won the silver medal same year. Following a long period full of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment earned her the title. Annie's impressive performance in 2012 helped to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was her second consecutive time she won consecutively. Silver medals were awarded in 2014; and in the year 2021 she received an award of bronze at CrossFit Games. Presently, Annie is a coach and trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. In the last few years, as an athlete Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae among many others. There are a few thousand subscribers to her self-titled Youtube Channel, where training videos along with travel vlogs, family and training videos are uploaded.
