Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the future generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of many online pieces as well as co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne and His wife Leslie and their three kids.
