Sara Ramirez

Sara Ramirez (born Sara Ramirez) is a Mexican American musician and popular actress. She was raised by her mom within the USA she had to face numerous racial insults that made her feel being unwanted. In the ninth grade, after a school audition in which she received praises for her voice, she started to build confidence. This not only increased her confidence, but it was also a change in the direction of her professional career. The 22-year-old earned an education from the Julliard School in New York. When she was 23, she made her debut on Broadway with Paul Simon's The Capeman and in films featuring You've Got Mail. Her biggest breakthrough was when she appeared in the part in the role of The Lady of The Lake in the first Broadway production of Spamalot winning not just an award called the Tony Award for her performance as well as a lot of critical praise. Her fame grew for her appearance on Grey's Anatomy on ABC as Dr. Callie Torres. As a well-known singer, she released her own single and an extended show. She's also an activist who works hard to protect LGBT rights.
